Common faults: Moving head lights are not energized?

1:Check whether there is a problem with the power cord at first.

2: Check whether the fuse of the power base burns out.

3: Turn on the bottom panel of the light to check whether the ballast is energized and whether the internal switch connection line appears to drop.

4: Turn on the two outer shells of the light body and check whether the temperature control is out of order near the lamp bulb.

Common faults: Moving Light bulb is not on?

1: Turn on the tail of the lamp body to check whether the bulb is white or black. If the above two phenomena appear, change the bulb first and try again.

2: Open the two housing of the lamp body, install trigger on the lamp post, check whether the trigger wiring is blackened, and replace the trigger if there is one.

Common faults: Sometime moving head light turn on and sometime off.

1: Check whether the light bulb is white or black or even rising. When there are above circumstances, please change the light bulb immediately to avoid damage to the product.

2: Check whether the fans near the bulb are working properly. If they are broken, please replace the fans in time.

3: Please open the two outer shells. There is a white temperature control on the layer of the pattern and the color film. See if it burns out (if it breaks the light bulb, it will not go out).

4: Open the two outer shells of the lamp body, and there is a heat sink at the tail of the lamp. It will block the air passage in and out after a long time. If there is dust all over the heat sink, please clean it.(This radiation window is best cleaned once a month.)

Common faults: What is the reason for the burst of the moving light bulb?

1: Check whether the voltage is between 220V and 230V at first , and if it exceeds 230V, the possibility of foaming can be exploded (So it is suggested that voltage regulators should be installed in all places).

2: If there are explosive bulbs, please check whether the bulb is caused by the long working life (the normal life of domestic bulbs is within 300-500 hours);

3: Is there a problem with the quality of the bulbs?

4: If none of the above three methods are, then there may be a problem with the ballast. Please contact the supplier to resolve.

Common faults: Moving head light out of control?

1: Check if the address number is logarithmic? If the address number is correct but uncontrolled, check whether the three stamens of the signal line are connected or not. And check whether the connection between the Karon seat and the Karon head is in condition (bad contact);

2: If the address code is correct, if there is no problem with the signal line connection, the DMX lamp at the address code will flash normally. If there is no flash, there is a problem with the connection;

3: Use the same console to connect to another lamp separately. If there is no problem, it will prove that there is a problem with the uncontrolled lamp board or display board. Please contact the supplier to solve the problem.

Common faults: Moving lamp broken belt?

1: If the X/Y axis of the lamp body does not respond, but the console and other lamps are working normally, there may be a broken belt;

2: If the X axis does not move, but the Y axis moves, or the X axis moves, but the Y axis does not move, it may be a broken belt;

3: If the above phenomenon occurs, you can move X/Y by hand when you turn off the light, feel if there is a belt in the drive, if it is very loose and easy to move, it proves that the belt is broken, please contact the supplier to solve it.

Common faults: Moving head lights appear out of sync?

1: If the head light appears to be out of step, please rewrite the procedure and try again.

2: If it still doesn't work, it proves that one of the ICs of the function or the motherboard of one of the functions has burned out. Please contact the supplier to solve the problem.
